International Migratory Bird Day (IMBD) in the Rouge
Hosted by: Parks Canada and the Toronto Zoo

"Parks Canada and the Toronto Zoo are proud to host International Migratory Bird Day (IMBD) in the Rouge on Saturday, May 14, 2016.

This international event celebrates migratory birds making the long trip back from their wintering grounds in Central and South America to their nesting grounds here in North America. The theme of this year’s event is "Spread your Wings for Bird Conservation".

Parks Canada is hosting bird watching tours in Rouge Park with guest bird experts departing at 8, 9 and 10:30 a.m. These two-hour tours are free and recommended for ages 10 and up."
