Jane's Walk Guelph
Spring Wildflowers on Starkey Hill

Excerpt from the walk description on Janeswalk.org"The deciduous forest floor explodes with white, pink and yellow blooms every Spring; when the show is over, the forest is again green, shady and quiet. April and May are the months to get out, wander the woods, crouch close to the ground, and experience these fleeting blossoms; bring along your camera to capture this once a year event...We will also explore the history of the Starkey Farm, how glaciers shaped the land and why this space protects Guelph's water supply."
