Jane's Walk Toronto
Join us to reimagine the Flood Line. A journey through black creek

Excerpt from the walk description on Janeswalk.org: "Join us for a prowl through Toronto's surreal Black Creek, a man made concrete water-way between Keelesdale Park and Smithe Park...The 2.5km walk will be broken up with a series of talks ranging from the early history of the Black Creek and the 1954 causation that lead to the complete channelization by 1965, the indispensable role of street art and graffiti in adding beauty and character to neighbourhoods while counteracting vandalism and the need for both built and natural ecology that would bring the Black Creek back to live and return it to the community..."
