$10,000 - July 25, 2012
This funding will allow Ontario Nature to take the preliminary steps towards developing a best practice guide to natural heritage systems planning. Working with municipal planners and conservation groups towards its development, the guide will achieve successful natural heritage system planning in municipalities, creating strong natural connections between natural heritage features and systems protected in the Greenbelt and its surrounding area.
