Oshawa's Urban Farm Tour

Durham's We Grow Food has put together a delicious tour with some of Oshawa's most interesting vegetable gardens. On this tour, you will be able to visit these beautiful gardens and even meet the creators of these urban farms at We Grow Food's 2nd Annual Urban Farm Tour!

Rain or Shine, the tour will begin and end at Memorial Park in Oshawa on Sunday, August 23rd from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. With the encouraged options of walking, cycling or carpooling/driving you can travel to over 25 gardens and speak to the farmers to learn their inside tricks or tips to successful planting. The day will end at 5:00 pm with a vegetarian feast (located at Memorial Park), all of the food will feature Greenbelt and local farmers fresh produce! All are welcome.
