GTA Affordable Housing Crisis: Emergency Community Meeting

gensqueeze.jpg

Join our new grantee, Generation Squeeze, for a panel and breakout discussions on housing affordability in the GTA. Plus, read their report, Code Red: Rethinking Canadian Housing Policy.

Here's what Generation Squeeze has to say: "Folks from their 20s to 40s are finding it impossible to afford homes or to rent adequately. Whether we are trying to pay off student debt, to save for a down payment on a house, to start a family, or to save for retirement, we’re feeling squeezed.

We need to come together to do something about it—come hear directly from community leaders and build a plan to tackle the affordable housing crisis."

Childcare and tokens will be provided.
